Provide Support

There are a number of ways you can support the work of The Other Way Ministries! We hope you’ll prayerfully consider some of the following possibilities!

Provide Financial Support:

Donations are the lifeblood of our ministry. We are very grateful for the generosity of our friends and partners.

In order to operate and serve our Westown neighbors, we need partners who are willing to give financially. We are a 501(C) 3 not-for-profit organization. Your contributions are tax deductible. We have never and will never sell, lend, rent, or give our list of donors to any other business or organization.

When you make a monetary contribution, we send you a thank you letter and receipt. You are added to our mailing list so you receive our newsletter and any other mailings.

We are now able to accept donations ONLINE! You can donate instantly and safely using your Credit Card or PayPal account by clicking here. You may also set up a recurring donation that will automatically charge your credit card each month.

We also process EFT (electronic funds transfer) transactions. With your authorization, we can automatically withdraw your donation from your checking or savings account each month, or quarterly, or whenever you tell us to. We can also charge your donation to your charge card. Call or, better yet, email Sandy in the office for information.

Checks can be mailed to:

The Other Way Ministries
710 W Fulton
Grand Rapids, MI 49504

Volunteer:

Volunteers are the heart and hands of our ministry! Any given week, volunteers are contributing up to 80 hours of their time to help with the work of The Other Way. We have opportunities for:

Individuals - We use many generous people each week to fill needs in our community. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Sandy by e-mail or phone – 454-4011 x 5111. We currently need volunteers to help with Children’s ministry, Childcare and people willing to develop mentoring relationships with children, teens and adults.

Groups - We host work groups for a few hours, all the way up to a few days. You may contact Sandy for group information.

Consider Planned Giving Options:

There are many ways you can support The Other Way with planned gifts, and we have partnered with the National Christian Foundation West Michigan to provide you with free advice.
